This is a notice of destruction of special education records for students graduating from Deer Creek-Mackinaw High School in the year 2021 or born in 2002.  Please contact the special education office at 359-5480 by Friday, Sept. 18, 2021 if you wish to have your child's special education records.

According to Illinois School Code, schools shall maintain student temporary records for five (5) years after the student; has been dismissed from special education services and/or transferred, graduated, or withdrawn from school.
