 nt Focus:

·        Building wide efforts will continue to focus in the area of writing in an attempt to improve student achievement and assessment scores.  These efforts will be concentrated on laying a foundation in the primary grades. Primary teachers will implement Building Blocks in K, the Four Blocks in grades 1,2, & 3 and across all grade levels the Four Square instructional writing program will be added as a component to the existing writing program.

·        Articulation opportunities will increase as part of staff development opportunities.
